All the classrooms are well designed according to the requirements as prescribed by the Ministry of Private Education, Kuwait.

Well crafted classrooms ambiance promoting teaching-learning conducive, thus taking the classroom to student-center learning.

Every individual classroom tuned to the time and skills management of the faculty.

Every Tandem Branch has 10 to 12 classrooms and each of these classrooms has a seating capacity of 20 to 25 students.

The computer lab constitutes of 45 to 50 computers that are networked and the students have access to the internet 24 hours, along the updated curriculum learning online.

The IELTS chamber has voice tracking rooms which are equipped with Audio and Visual Training Systems as well as the required study materials. Updated online one-on-one teaching in tune with the IDP (International Development Program) Australia.

Sophisticated personal computers teaching for IELTS is offered as a special package.

The faculty at Tandem comprises of 32 full time teaching staff of which 7 are specialized  in Computer Studies ,6 in Mathematics, 5 in Biology, 4 in Physics, 5 in Chemistry, 3 in Communicative and personality skills & One each in Arabic & Accountancy.

In addition we also utilize the service of a pool of part time faculty who are experts in their respective fields. Their technical expertise ensures high quality training to our students.

The smooth functioning of the institute is guaranteed by a very efficient Administrative department that includes Front office, Accounts, Marketing, HR and House Keeping.
